Helpdesk Assistant

Salary R12 000 neg

This is a busy role within a team, carrying out the following duties:
- daily inputting of reactive maintenance call outs
- investigating and solving any related queries
- answering telephone calls
- raising purchase orders.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- attention to detail
- methodical
- accurate typing skills
- numerate
- calm under pressure
- good telephone manner
- good command of written/spoken English
